Rickwerd Umbrage O’Kerberos

Ruok is 5ft 4in tall and 28 years old. No-one calls him Rickwerd.

He is the resident valetudinarian and also cheif healer for the more-than-wealthy Canzerth household.

A chronic worrier Ruok bears all the semblance of a weedy drug addict; he is jittery, timid and is often found scrubbing his hands raw with disinfectant. The paranoid and nervous type, he is obsessed with cleanliness to the point where he believes he is gravely ill from his ‘allergies.’

In reality he isn’t allergic to anything.

He does however have a morbid fascination with death and disease, a fascination that is duly unified with paralytic terror. His attire therefore features amongst his many quirks, with all openings stitched closed one wonders how he gets in and out, or indeed what hour he must have to wake in the morning to get dressed.

(He probably looks more worried than usual in this portrait as we forced him to remove his facemask and surgical cap in order to see his face – we assume he cut his own hair.)

Tomor O'Mahryn

Tomor is 35 years old and 4ft 11inches tall. She is the only child of Mathias O’Mahryn and sole heir to the family’s prestigious wyvern ranch.

Externally Tomor is a bit of a tomboy, a rough and ready girl, with a penchant for getting mucky and delving into the action. At heart she is the romantic type, a passionate and free-spirited soul who falls in love too easily. She enjoys working with animals and at 22 is already a master wyvern rider. Outside of farm-life she works under Lukas and Dirzryn as chief wyvern rider.

Tomor’s mother passed away when she was 6 years old. Of the scant few possessions bequeathed, Tomor was gifted a Sabre. She faithfully carries this blade everywhere despite the fact that she hasn’t the faintest idea how to wield it.

Amber Aarona

Amber is 21years old and 5ft 2in tall, she is a strong-minded, rather tempestuous woman who has all the charm of camel spit.

Having a relatively solitary existence she’s opinionated, smart-lipped, defiant and rude.

As a city extradite she is sharp, highly self-sufficient, and an excellent hunter. Her sole companion is a large dragon named Fao who has stayed by her side since childhood. Due to his colossal size and her diminutive stature city folk dub her, ‘the dragon tamer.’

For reasons unknown she wears her goggles constantly, even to sleep.

Luke Graye

As this is the first post of 2012 it seems logical to put up the first 'portrait' style sketch I attempted in this set of characters - which happens to be the delightful Lukas Graye!

He is known by three versions of the same name: Lukas, Luka or Luk (dependant on region/city) is 6ft tall, and appears to be 27years of age. Sadistic, malevolent, twisted and depraved are a few of the words that spring to mind when trying to describe this pretty-boy individual. He loves himself and nothing else, yet being a harbourer of resentment he is insanely jealous of his younger brother Evan. As a keen scientist and mathematician with the atypical reel of psychological problems his hobbies include:  playing god, perverting the natural order of things and world domination.
